Why can't cameras capture animals or vehicles?

Default Human Detection Settings

The default settings for "motion detection" are "daytime humanoid detection" and "nighttime humanoid detection". Therefore, non-humanoid alarms will be filtered out.

Solution

To capture animals and vehicles, you need to disable the human-only detection features:

1. Turn off "daytime human detection"
2. Turn off "nighttime human detection"

Once these humanoid detection filters are disabled, the camera will be able to detect and record footage of animals, vehicles, and other non-human moving objects.
