How to purchase a traffic package for a SIM card?

Step-by-step guide to buying data packages for your camera's SIM card

The purchase process differs based on your SIM card type. Follow the appropriate method below.

For Standard SIM Cards

You have two convenient purchase methods:

Method 1: App Purchase

  1. Open the camera preview screen
  2. Locate the "4G" icon in the bottom right corner
  3. Tap the icon to access the traffic management page
  4. Use available features for:
    • Checking data balance
    • Buying packages
    • Redeeming codes

Method 2: Web Purchase

  1. Navigate to https://pay.cloudedge360.com/ using your browser
  2. Enter your SIM card's ICCID number
  3. Select your desired traffic package
  4. Complete the purchase transaction

For Local SIM Cards

If you're using a local carrier's SIM card:

  • Contact your regional carrier directly
  • Arrange data plan subscriptions through their service
  • Follow your carrier's standard data purchase process
