Message page only shows alarm screenshots?

How to access full alarm recordings

By default, the Message page displays alarm screenshots. To access full recordings, you need either a Micro SD card or cloud storage.

Option 1: Micro SD Card

After installing a Micro SD card:

  • Automatic saving: Alarm recordings are saved automatically
  • Default duration: 10 seconds (adjustable to 20-30 seconds)
  • Access method:
    1. Go to Message page
    2. Tap on the alarm screenshot
    3. Enter Preview page
    4. Select Local Playback

Option 2: Cloud Storage

Free Version

  • Provides 6 seconds of recording per alarm
  • Limited storage duration

Subscription Version

  • Provides up to 30 seconds of recording per alarm
  • Extended storage period

Access method:

  1. Click alarm screenshot on Message page, or
  2. Go to Preview page → Select Cloud Playback

Recommendation

For comprehensive alarm recordings, we recommend using a Micro SD card along with cloud storage subscription for maximum reliability.
