What to do when SD card capacity is insufficient?

Understanding circular recording and storage management

Don't worry! The camera automatically manages storage using circular recording.

How Circular Recording Works

When the available capacity of the Micro SD card reaches only 500MB, the camera will automatically:

  1. Overwrite recordings from earlier dates
  2. Keep the most recent recordings
  3. Continue recording without interruption

What This Means

  • You don't need to manually delete old recordings
  • The camera always keeps the latest footage
  • Recording never stops due to full storage

Recommendations

For longer recording retention:

  • Use a larger capacity SD card (up to 128GB)
  • Enable cloud storage for important footage
  • Regularly back up critical recordings
