SD card not detected after installation?

Troubleshooting guide for SD card detection issues

If your camera doesn't detect the Micro SD card after installation, follow these steps.

Solution

Format the SD card through the camera's interface:

Open your camera in the app
Navigate to Recording Management
Select Format SD Card
Wait for the formatting process to complete

Verification

After successful formatting:

The SD card capacity information will display correctly
The camera will recognize the card for recording
You can begin using local playback features

Important Notes

Formatting will erase all existing data on the SD card
Make sure to backup any important files before formatting
Use the in-camera formatting option rather than formatting on a computer
