The standard SIM card includes 100MB of free data to help you get started.

Important Notice

⚠️ Purchase additional data packages promptly after camera setup to prevent service interruptions.

What Happens When Data Runs Out?

When the included data allocation is depleted:

  • The camera will disconnect from the network
  • You will lose remote access to your camera
  • Recording and monitoring features will be unavailable

How to Purchase More Data

  1. Open the app
  2. Navigate to camera settings
  3. Select "Data Package" or "Traffic Package"
  4. Choose and purchase an appropriate data plan

Monitoring Your Usage

You can check your remaining data balance anytime in the app under camera settings or the data management section.
