9. Troubleshooting

Q1: Wi-Fi connection abnormal / cannot access the Wi-Fi.

  1. Confirm whether your Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz.
  2. Confirm your Wi-Fi name and password are correct, and do not include special characters (!@#$).
  3. Confirm your doorbell is fully charged for the first setup to the phone.
  4. Confirm the bell button indicator light.

Q2: How to share the doorbell with family members / manage the doorbell with multiple devices.

  1. Download the CloudEdge app on each phone, and use an email address to sign up for an account for each device. The app does not support logging in to different devices under the same account at the same time.
  2. Scan the QR code in the manual to learn about sharing devices.

Q3: How to turn on the doorbell intercom function.

Authorize the "Microphone" permission in the phone settings for your doorbell camera app.

Q4: Only detects human movement when they leave.

  1. Turn up the Motion detection sensitivity in the app settings (5 is the highest sensitivity level).
  2. Turn off the humanoid detection motion setting of the Custom mode in the "Motion detection" function.

Q5: There are too many false motion-detection notifications.

Turn on the humanoid detection motion setting of the Custom mode in the "Motion detection" function.
